Our office integrated this time saving system as I was moving from clinical assistant to the front office. I was delighted to discover that I no longer had to send out postcard reminders, but the email confirmation is my favorite!!! It's quick and convenient for me but it's also quick and convenient for our patients. It cuts confirmation calls in half and I am left with more time to complete other projects. Patient feedback has indicated that they really appreciate the text messages and it has saved us from many no-shows. The longer I work with PLZ, the more I love it!
