Appointments are the most valuable asset of any dental practice - without an appointment, no dentistry can be done. So it follows that a missed appointment is one of the most expensive things in a dental practice. That's why so many offices spend so much time and effort reminding and confirming. But staff time is also expensive. What's an office to do? You don't want missed appointments, but you also don't want to spend hours of staff time each week trying to prevent them.

Postcards (to patients who don't use email - about 40% to 60% in most practices!) remind patients of appointments they made months ago, and ask them to call to confirm.

That's why our emails have one, two or three responses that patients can choose from - to give them the choices they need, but not give them choices they shouldn't have.
