What You Need To Know: PLZ Patient Newsletters can be completely automated, including the writing of the content. (Content and automation is an optional feature - retail price $49.) You can swap out some or all of the content each month with other articles from our library. You can add your own content. And you decide when (even if) it's sent. You can also create your own newsletter from scratch each time, and send it manually - there's no charge for this approach.

Most dentists like the idea of sending a newsletter to patients, and yet, most dentists don't send a newsletter. Why the disparity? Simple: it's the concept of "time posteriority".

"There's only an hour in an hour. When your hours are full, the least important (or least urgent) tasks take the "posterior" position. i.e., they don't get done."

Writing a newsletter is, unfortunately, one of those "least important" tasks for most dental practices, so it just doesn't get done, or it gets done a couple times a year, instead of monthly or quarterly. Consequently, an awesome internal marketing opportunity is lost!

PLZ has a library of over 100 newsletter articles. Some are informational - about what's new in dentistry, or about dental or general health issues. Some are entertaining, with a dental slant. But what's great about all of them is that we've already written them, so you don't have to!

What's more, we will select three of them each month to create a newsletter for your patients, and we'll notify you when it's ready for your review. All you need to do is approve the newsletter, and we'll send it for you.

If you don't want to send any of the articles we selected for the month, you can swap any or all of them out with other articles from our library. And / or you can add any of your own articles. Bottom line: you can put as much or as little effort as you like into each month's newsletter, but no effort at all, a newsletter will be sent.
