Your Portal Is Your "PLZ Homepage"
Your PLZ Portal is a private website that only you and your team have access to. Because it's a website, you can get to it from any computer with Internet access - at the office, at home, on the road. Whenever and wherever it suits you.

Your Portal is where you go to access your appointment book, including all the "extensions" that PLZ has made to it:
- Color coding to immediately identify new patients, recall patients and pre-med patients
- The ability to see every change ever made to any day in the schedule - allows you to do a "post mortem" on a day that started great and ended up, well, not so great.
- View every change made to any single appointment, since it was first made. See if it was rescheduled, when it was confirmed, etc.
- A "Disaster Recovery" tool - if you ever lose data because of a problem with YOUR server, you can use this PLZ tool to reconstruct your schedule since your last good backup.
- A "Night Call List" and a "Confirmation List" - allows anyone to do these tasks without having to be at the office, and without having to print something to take home.
Your Portal gives you access to your patient data in ways your PMS can't:
- Find a patient even if all you have is a first name, or part of a phone number, or an email address, etc.
- Create Patient Groups based on all kinds of criteria. You can send any PLZ message to the group, or export the patients to a file for any number of reasons, or just use it as a quick way to identify and review all patients in a certain demographic (age, gender, etc.)
- The Disaster Recovery tool allows you to recover lost information about patients if you ever lose data from YOUR server.
